Never forget for a second that it is because of the billionares, free market fundamentalism, private property fetishism, wealth consolidationism/royalism, that the ICE exists (and many other bad agencies).

They want us angry at ICE while the consolidationists are trying to convert the world to rent-only slavery, because they want to be trillionaires and make the line go up forever, no matter what.

Every time I see “ICE” I think fuck all the billionaires.

We collectively have to stop using term like “immigration crackdown” - when the primary function of these brownshirts is fascist and racist end goals. They are being directed to intimidate populations. They are being directed to ignore constitutional protections. They are violently coercing civilian populations - making them a REAL terrorist group and a public threat. Using the language that keeps the less savvy people from seeing the truth of the actions ONLY serves to aid and abet the criminal and illegitimate group funding and ordering these activities upon citizen populations.

    RESIST. EDUCATE. ORGANIZE.

There’s a lot of interesting tech for everyone if you now where to look.

Since September 2024, ICE has paid more than $1.6 million to a Maryland company that integrates a type of cell-site simulator popularly known as a “stingray” into government vehicles.

Eff developed software that can run on cheap hardware which will detect Stingrays: https://www.eff.org/deeplinks/2025/03/meet-rayhunter-new-open-source-tool-eff-detect-cellular-spying

A laptop with Linux and Kismet can use bluetooth to scan for bluetooth devices by MAC address.

Axon is the largest manufacturer of body cameras.

Public information shows that have a registered MA-L(Mac Address Block Large):

    MAC Prefix: 00:25:DF

With a good antenna these can be detected for 1000+ yrds or more with direct line of sight, such as from a drone that’s less than 250g (doesn’t require FAA registration for recreational use, like fox hunting).

These tools should allow you to steer clear of any civil disturbance and maintain your social credit score.

Federal operations use encrypted packet radios so you can’t listen to their com chatter, but local PD often are just using a trunked system without encryption. You can buy a $500 scanner to listen to these, or use 2 cheap($50) software defined radios and some open source software: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g9KJrtIO8_4

This should let you hear the local PD/Fire department/Ambulance line (you cannot transmit with the RTL SDRs used in the example, they’re not capable of doing so… so you won’t risk committing federal crimes). This will allow you to avoid areas of unrest and otherwise be a good citizen.

    Stay safe

I also want to throw the Android app BLE Radar into that mix. It gives you a map of Bluetooth LE devices around you. It’s available on f droid

Yeah, this isn’t any kind of crazy technology there should be a way to do it with any device that has bluetooth and a processor.

All it does is listens for devices, almost like it would when you’re trying to pair your earbuds. It just compares the detected MAC addresses vs a list and sends you a notification/alerts you if there is a match.

You can do the same with Wifi (the kids used to call it wardriving, back when modems were a thing and pringles cans had appreciable metal contents) but the people for whom that information is useful will know how to do it on their own.

Use a VPN and an operating system that doesn’t spy on you and harvest your info. Use 3rd party encryption.

ICE also uses AI-powered apps to analyze social media activity and other digital data points to create “life profiles” for people of interest.

The agency has spent at least $5 million on Tangles, a sophisticated tool developed by a company with ties to Israel’s cyber-intelligence community, Forbes reported in September. Tangles mines social media posts, event sign-ups, mobile contacts, location data and more to create nuanced individual portraits and tease out patterns of activity — including organizing and protest — in specific places.

This has always been the goal of facebook. Everything like it falls in that bucket. For the eleventy billionth time, Get the fuck off of them.

Really, ICE is watching me? Good to know, I guess. My experience with Minnesotans is they are scammers who always like to show how moral they are. The latest events in that state validated my anecdotes.
