a “block” of cheese sounds like it belongs in construction. What happened to wheels ? slices ?
A block shape is probably more efficient to ship. I figure Charlie is probably buying some of the cheapest cheese available.
Nothing happened to them? We still make lots of styles of cheeses. Block forms tend to be more common in industrial cheese making but you can find them in small family farms, too
