    I got locked out of my gmail because I lost the phone that 2FA is set to.

    Any chance something like this could help me get back in?

      Authelia or any self-hosted 2FA tool cannot recover a Gmail account if you lost your 2FA device. The only proper route is Google account recovery, using backup codes or recovery options.
