    Yep, i sometimes bake bread and using different sourdoughs (which is wild yeast) changes the taste considerably. And using only industrial yeast is immediately noticeable.

      I also do all sorts of Homebrewing, maple wine, sometimes it’s sugar, I’m getting into beer as soon as I can find a good source of monitoring for cheap which I apparently cannot do but I have used some native keys and it is amazing different flavors again from how awful the taste from Turbo yeast is.
