Beautiful movie at the time, love the ending
and the callback to the original is superb - because the 50s movie takes place in a small town but the remake takes place in a major city - the escalation builds upon instead of reiterating the premise.
The guy at the beginning that is yelling at them in the car, is Binell from the original. Good cameo.
