Haven’t heard anyone wax nostalgic for Rush Limbaugh, Dick Cheney, Kissinger. Or even Charlie Kirk, really, aside from the murder boner it gave MAGA until they found out the killer was one of them.

Well, you get a street named after you, at least. Maybe a statue so people don’t forget their history or whatever excuse they use to try to maintain Jim Crow.
They can’t get even a fraction of a news cycle out of this death. It’s not worth it to them. Kirk was useful for pointing at ‘libs’ and getting outraged but that only gets a news cycle or two.
They could use Scott Adam’s death to generate outrage against a privatized healthcare industry that can’t be assed to treat the people who paid for treatment… but that would be promoting class consolidarity against their owners, so they wouldn’t and didn’t.
That would violate the Conservative Tennant of “It’s not a problem unless it happens to me specifically.”
