I think it’s differences in opinion? The maid realizes this is a 100% intentional choice and sees the loincloth woman’s lifestyle as disgusting and recognizes that her own safety is now in danger, having ruined an executioner’s axe.
Yeah this reads as “i just used soap on your 10-year-seasoned cast iron dutch oven”
