Remembering the Window 8 Metro debacle. They never learn. But it follows the Co-pilot pattern.
I haven’t noticed any UI improvements since Windows 7, with the exception of tabbed windows for File Explorer. But there have been plenty of unwanted annoyances.

It’s sad that people get paid to fix something that’s not broken, often making it worse.
