So far I found Archos a french company which seems to be more on the budget side and Volla a German company with one higher end tablet.

Theres Pine64 which seems to be headquatered in Poland.It’s not, Pine64EU is just a European store for Pine64 products. The Pine64 organization making the actual tablets is based in Hong Kong.
