    I had a very friendly cat for many years who would come to meet new people and would hang out with them over the members of the household. He was everyones friend, even loved the post carriers, but this trick wouldn’t have worked because he was very very insistent upon meeting people as soon as they came over. He’d trot over and beg for attention, stretching himself up for pickups. Such a good boy.

    Anyone who stayed over was treated to the absolute best cuddle buddy all night.

    So you lie to them and instill false joy? You know how much this would mean to me as a passionate caretaker of animals? And its just a lie? That would totally suck and id feel like an idiot…

    Maybe its just me though, im heavily invested in animal happiness
