This is pretty normal. Since the election the number of vacant seats per party is as follows.

Conservative: 13 Greens: 12 Labour: 11 Lib Dems: 8 Plaid Cymru: 10 Reform: 25

Some may be suspended by their party; some put themselves forward without knowing their occupation rules them out (ie. working for the local authority); some may have health reasons; some have been elected to the Senedd etc etc.

The green party will continue to have teething problems while its bureaucracy and institutional knowledge catch up with its recent rapid growth. Expect the MSM to make mountains out every trifling molehill.
