    I thought that Lee’s statues were removed mostly because they were not really historical and had been installed after the passage of the Civil Rights Act by groups who openly admitted they were racist. But hey, that’s also a legit reason to take them down.

      Holy shit, I didn’t realize this guy is the father of the author by the same name! That’s one crazy family.

      Also if you look at their photos on Wikipedia, those are some seriously strong genes. It’s like the same guy but with different facial hair. Wish there was a photo portrait of the first one to actually compare rather than a painting.
