I personally like the Indigo top better, as there’s less of a sudden clash. Usually I try to match my top to my shoes, in regards to colour, and it works well.

Would consider changing the shoes out for some leather loafers or even boots. The shoes here seem like an after thought beyond being blue.
I (female) like the white jacket opened. Husband prefers the dark jacket.
Thank you for sharing your preferences. They both seem good for me. The off-white variant seems more poetic and the indigo jacket one - more outdoordsy and practical. Same look, different moods.
