Naa I love my mom she’s the best. After 4 decades i still Love spending time shopping, cooking, watching tv and etc with her. Unfortunately she sand bagged herself with multiple kids with horrible male choices that went downhill with from being a teen mom. Though I also think it all stems from her mom being a terrible parent and her father out of picture.

But my brother will say our mom is incompetent, emotional, not worth respecting blah blah blah but this is from a bloke who lives free in her home and will then blame her for the “trauma” of his regular cheating dumbass pos dad (that he also doesnt respect) for leaving. Like you mentioned I Personally think his perspective is skewed with grass greener on other side.

Now on my dad, i got a literal power point presentation i wanted to give at his funeral on how much of a pos he was. I will admit he’s ok for 1 day but he cant keep it up longer than that and it goes bad. I truly believe he did the best he could as a father for what he was (his parents suuuuucked) but that in itself is really sad.
