Grow my hair out and beard - maybe Korea, if they have a decade to grow facial hair. Fuck like rabbits - kind of an Americanism Go to the local pub - could be America or British (no draft in Britain, was called consctription) Likely fiction anyways but many things made it likely USA.

Imagine for a moment, a hypothetical world, where there are other countries than the USA. Now we’re really stretching it, but imagine if those countries had a draft.
I’m aware other countries have the draft, see my answer below for why it seems more likely American.
This might surprise you, but there are countries other than the US.
Memory loss - would get you kicked from military in any country with health care.
