They are built well. Used market historically not a whole lot better than retail. The pro has aged better than the original. Would not shy away from a used pro if the price were right

Not sure if prices ever dropped but I love my shield and shield pro. Very powerful / flexible but still can be easy to use. Some nice ad free launchers available.

The latter for me. I remember thinking as a kid that things would just keep getting better. That the best time to be a kid was always the future. Now I’m glad I was a kid when I was and I wish kids today had it better than they do. I’m sure that’s at least 50% old guy viewpoint but I really think some lines have been crossed that truly make childhood in the 2020s harder than it used to be.

I just sent him the trophy I got for crapping out the largest unbroken turd in my shared fraternity bathroom. I’m going to miss it, but he deserves it.
