ADD is no longer used, it is called ADHD inattentive type nowadays. I have it. And I didn’t get it from short form videos.

Short form videos are terrible for concentration and focus, yes. But ADHD (both hyperactive and inattentive varieties) involves much more than just “haha look a butterfly,” and reducing it to simply that is absurd.
