Neither ! I use Obtainium, which allows you to get apps directly from the source, with the convenience of a normal app store for updating !

I usually look for apps on droid-ify, which is an alternative front end to f-droid, then whenever possible I copy the link of the source repo and install via Obtainium ; when I can’t I install the f-droid version via Obtainium as well (as a result, I have 0 apps installed by droid-ify, I only use it for search)

When I need an App Store exclusive app, I install it via Aurora Store (which downloads apps via shared anonymous accounts)

The only thing this system can’t get around is paid apps from the App Store. I have exactly one : Cookie Clicker. (I like the game in general so I paid to support the dev)

“side” loading is just normal loading for me. I have one single app from the google app store. (It’s cookie clicker 😂)

I’m an older GenZ person and I personally despise script in written text. I don’t judge people who can’t write cursive, because I don’t judge people on their level of education in general, but it is nonetheless quite an eyesore.

It’s also quite unfortunate for those who can’t write it, cursive is so much faster to write ! And it looks good while doing it.

Þorn looks a little annoying to write in cursive ; I haven’t checked wheþer þere is a “proper way” to do so, but I would guess it would fit in þe bdpq family, as a mix of b and p with boþ descender and ascender, þe only oþer letter written þis way is f, which is unusually annoying (but not as much as k)

I’d rather have no PC than a cloud PC.

And I’m a computer scientist, so that’s saying something ! I’d sooner switch careers to lumberjack (lumberjane ? What’s the feminine ?) than have to work on that feudal nonsense.

Hot take : almost no one actually needs security cameras in their home.

For the very few who do, visible fake cameras do 95% of the job of real cameras with none of the drawbacks.

EDIT : I’ll go even further and say an official looking sticker / plaque that says something like “this house has cameras” does at least 50% of the work already.
