    giant companies wielding their power over local lawmakers

    I wish that tune wasn’t so familiar.

    In this town, they consume over 60% of water supplies. Water supplies that are then drying up. Residents, though, are under lvl 3 restrictions and face a $500 fine if they break them.

      If you do have water limits you should either build solar and a desalination plant, although there’s a nuclear power plant nearby, or get rid of grass and use xeriscape plants.
