Nothing fancy; honey mustard (we ran out of stone-ground) on the bottom, followed by baby spinach, some braunschweiger, tomatoes, and garlic & herb goat cheese on the top. Probably could’ve used more spinach, I think.
The other two sandwiches, behind, are just peanut butter and peach jam but regular ol’ PBJs aren’t as interesting.
