    Some better photos of the leaves would help an app figure it out better

    Try a shot up into the leaves with just leaves and sky in frame

    Try another with a clear example of the leaf organization (similar to yours with the grass background) but with a different colour background

      I’ll have to wait until next week when I’m back at the site but sure I’ll take better pictures and post them here

        I’ll be glad to mess around with different combos on a plant identifier to try and get a good result

        What it was sayi g was that thr bark and the leaves seem to be from different species so I think it wasnt getting a good read on the leaves

        Also I tried a leaf anatomy thing on https://www.arborday.org/tree-identification and it was pretty hard for me to determine the leaf anatomy from your pics for that too
