Do they not fucking check this stuff? When I sign a petition to my government they want to know if I’m a constituent or not. Otherwise why would they care about my signature on a page

It’s just the union flag, when on ships or land. Union jack is when it appears in the corner of another flag, like on old Canadian flags and current provincial ones, aus, NZ, a bunch in the carribean, etc.
